What’s your reason for eating gluten-free or dairy-free. Are you thinking of changing your diet? I would always recommend talking to a health care professional before changing your diet. I felt amazing once I had been eating gluten-free and dairy-free for a while, but I made the change under the guidance of a professional. My autoimmune issues lessened, my energy levels raised, and I could stop the tablets that I had been told I would be on for the rest of my life.
I realise now that a lot of my health issues are made worse by the food I eat. My first indicator is foggy brain. The words I want to use get stuck in my head, and I just can’t reach them. I then get exhausted and feel worn out.
I choose to eat gluten-free and dairy-free because I feel better this way. I'm a Health Coach because I want to help other people on their individual health and wellness journeys.
