Green Smoothie
Green Smoothie is wonderful in the mornings. This is a fantastic mix between kale and apple and tastes beautiful.
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 banana
Handful of spinach or kale
1 cup of dairy-free milk
Method:
Rinse all the ingredients and peel them if you prefer.
Core and slice the apple and chop the banana.
Add all the ingredients to the blender with the dairy-free milk and mix till you reach the consistency that you like.
Additional Notes:
I find this sweet enough as it is but if you require it to be sweeter than add a bit of honey.
I chop my fruit and vegetables in advance and freeze them. I can then add them straight from the freezer in the morning which makes it very quick. Simple add the dairy-free milk from the refrigerator.
Not a fan of dairy-free milk, try coconut water.
