Spinach Hummus

This colourful dish is a Spinach and chickpea hummus. It has an amazing colour and is a wonderful dip.

A friend served this at lunch a few years ago and I simply love this recipe now. I loved the colour and how healthy it was, but I must admit that I added the spices to her original recipe card that she shared with me.

Spinach hummus is a delicious and healthy twist on traditional hummus. It's a great way to add some extra nutrients to your snack or meal. Our love for photography started on our travels. We wanted to capture images of the areas we travelled to both for our own records and for our family back at home. Some of these images were reproduced as watercolours. Our favourite images we display at home and friends often asked where we had purchased the pictures! Now you can purchase them online directly from us.
