Gluten Free & Dairy Free Kitchen
Gluten Free & Dairy Free Kitchen!
When you begin the journey on living gluten-free or dairy-free the first thing you think about is the kitchen and the question arises ‘what can I eat?’. The question that should also be asked is ‘How do I cook it?’
Depending on why you have given up gluten, it may also be advised to swap out your old utensils and cooking equipment for new ones so that you aren’t caught out with contamination. If your household contains people who do eat gluten then it can become complicated. Decisions such as separate preparation areas, bowls, knives, forks, plates, pans, toasters etc will have to be made. Do you all eat the same way in the house and only differently when in a restaurant?
I often help clients navigate through the first few weeks of changing how they eat and live. Part of this change that I help them with is the food in the pantry and how they can set their kitchen up.
If you feel like you need a helping hand on the journey then reach out and ask for help. We all had to start at the beginning of this journey and I totally understand how hard the journey can seem.
I hope you have enjoyed this information. Until next time!
